Refund/Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 7 calendar days money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. If you simply change your mind and want a refund or exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Products explicitly identified as "non-refundable" on the product page will be excluded from our refund policy.

Returns: To make a return for a full refund, please follow these steps:

  • Customers can easily initiate a return request directly within the online store. On MayDay Mall online store, go to My account > Orders and click the order and submit return request.
  • Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving your return and confirming it meets our return policy guidelines, we will promptly initiate your refund process. You can typically expect your refund to be completed within 10 business days.

    Exchanges

    You can exchange unused merchandise (returned in original condition sold) for a replacement item of equal value. 

    • To initiate an exchange for a product, you can conveniently submit a request directly to our customer service team via email at info@maydaymall.com. Please include details about the item(s) you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement.
    • Our team will promptly review your request and provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. We understand that exchange needs may vary, and we will work to determine the most efficient solution for your specific situation.

     

    Gift Card Refund Policy

    No Refunds or Exchanges on Gift Cards.

    Please be aware that all purchases of Maydaymall gift cards are final. Once a gift card code has been successfully delivered, it is instantly activated and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. This policy is in place because digital gift cards function like cash; their value can be redeemed immediately upon issuance, making them impossible to cancel or verify for non-use once sent. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your gift card purchase.
